How to Book Your Adventure

At Adventure Northwest, we aim to make your booking process smooth and secure. To confirm a booking, our Sales Office must approve all reservations.

Booking and Payment Details

• A 50% deposit of the Hunt Price is required to reserve your hunt. (Some exceptions apply.)
• Until the deposit is received, the hunt remains open for other bookings.
• The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a replacement hunter if one is arranged. It is the responsibility of the original client or agent to handle rebooking in the case of a cancellation.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your hunt date. If not paid by this deadline, Adventure Northwest reserves the right to resell the hunt with no compensation to the original client or agent.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to Adventure Northwest’s Hunt Manager.
• We strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Insurance for your booking.
